Recruitment Assistant

This role is based in the Mumbai HUB and will be part of the recruitment team servicing PAN India Centre's in 5 cities.

The role would (not limited to) widely include the following:

  1. Sourcing candidates for Pan India positions.
  2. Screening candidates in level 1 interviews.
  3. Managing Rolling out of Offers.
  4. Assist with Induction of new joinees.
  5. Generating recruitment reports.
  6. Coordinating with operations team for new joinee database management.
  7. Should be adept with MS Excel, office and presentations.
  8. Support HR operations.


Minimum 1 years experience.

Excellent Communication.

Excellent with working on MS Excel.

Sales Driven.

Self starter.
